Our stay at Hostal Madre Tierra was a delightful family experience. The staff, like Mr Cesar, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, from arranging airport transfers to personally attending to our needs, especially when we experienced altitude sickness. The family-friendly amenities such as the hot-cooked breakfasts served at an elegant communal table made us feel right at home.As an anthropologist, my family appreciated the authentic cultural touches throughout the hostal - from the beautifully decorated rooms with stunning views to the traditional clay fireplace that added a touch of warmth to our evenings. The attentive and friendly staff, including the lovely girls working around the clock, made our stay truly memorable.For families with children under 18, like ours, Hostal Madre Tierra offers a peaceful location on a quiet street near the city center, providing a safe and welcoming environment for all. Our experience here was nothing short of excellent, and we highly recommend this hostal for families looking for a culturally enriching and inclusive stay in Cuzco.
